14 days, no questions

If you buy Tapit Pro and it isn't for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you'll get all of your money back. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask

Email hello@tapitsounds.com from the address you bought with, or include your order number from the receipt. I aim to reply within two working days.

How you get the money back

Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, the payment provider, to the payment method you used. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card. Once a refund is issued, the licence key stops working and Tapit goes back to the free version.

After 14 days

If something is broken, write anyway. I would rather fix it or refund you than leave you with something that doesn't work.

This policy is in addition to any rights you have by law where you live. It doesn't replace them.
